Vad lär du dig?
SpaceClaim is an integrated module in ANSYS Workbench and is a CAD modeler with a low entry level. In this course we focus on the tools that are valuable for modifying 3D geometry for FE-simulation purposes, how existing geometry can easily be edited, and how to create models from scratch.
With SpaceClaim it is easy to convert thin solid structures to shell models, and extracting beam profiles from solid geometry. SpaceClaim is also helpful for editing surfaces for load application on specific areas, as well as partitioning a model for better meshing. Almost any 2D or 3D CAD file can be reused, and the design can quickly be manipulated and improved
